and conventional housing in impacted and non-impacted areas.
Construction Management Services
Premiers staff has previously acted as construction managers on many projects,
both HUD and Conventionally owned. We work closely with architects, interim
construction lenders and permanent financing providers.
We have been very successful in assuring that the projects are completed
on time and within the specified budget. We are capable of performing both exterior
and interior renovations through subcontracting, with Premier acting as the general
contractor. In addition, Premier's construction system is designed to monitor
all progress according to the schedule of work. The schedules are updated daily,
and presented to the owner monthly or as requested.
Premier staff has successfully been involved in renovating approximately
6,000 units over the past six years.
